Fully in accordance with the requirements of the Criminal Contract Compliance and LAA guidelines, Western legal Services undertake:

• To complete and submit written reports to instructing law firms at the conclusion of the matter and no later than the next working day.
• Maintain detailed records of all timings, travel, and disbursements, making these records available for auditors requiring lawful access.
• To deal with all matters confidentially and in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
• To maintain staff training and skill set, ensuring CPD training diaries are available for examination by the relevant authorities.
